Hi everyone,
Here are two questions:

1. What can I do with Sunspear Promotion Points?
2. In the quest Feast of Bokka, I have got the Pahnai Salad but for the other two foods I need 2 Scale Fins and 1 Chunk of Drake Flesh. Where can I get these?

1. What can I do with Sunspear Promotion Points?

Your amount of promotion points will increase your sunspear rank. At certain stages in the game you will have to be a certain rank to continue the story line. (But by just playing normally, you should reach this rank before this is an issue. It's only really an issue if you are rushing through the game to get to the end.)
There are also a few benefits linked to gaining new sunspear ranks, such as earning hero skill points and make the sunspear res signet more effective.

2. In the quest Feast of Bokka, I have got the Pahnai Salad but for the other two foods I need 2 Scale Fins and 1 Chunk of Drake Flesh. Where can I get these?

Drakes drop chunks of drake flesh, scales drop scale fins...
But not very often, so unless you're very lucky, you'll probably have to kill quite a few of them before getting the drops.
Both scales and drakes are quite common critters scattered all over Istan.
